Before joining SecurEstate in 2021, Shana worked as a legal assistant for 8 years interacting with clients and preparing attorneys for a broad range of legal proceedings. This legal and client service experience, and her incredibly optimistic attitude has made her a great fit for our organization!
As Customer Service Director, she will assist existing clients with a variety of service needs and help new clients when they choose SecurEstate for their Estate, Retirement and General Financial Planning needs.
She and her husband, Brandon, were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Blakely in July 2021. Shana enjoys playing golf and slow pitch softball on the weekends with her husband. Most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with her family!
